Sahaja Yoga has been supporting the reabilitation of offenders in countries accross the world for more than twenty years.

As well as educational and professional guidance, offenders need emotional and spiritual support, a service that Sahaja Yoga offers free of any charge.

Evaluation of our courses has shown both offenders and their supervisors have seen dramtic improvements in attendees following the course. One warden wrote to us stating:

" Following the first year of the course, we were surprised to find that those inmates who hadn't attended the sessions were not riduling those that had, but were in fact jealous of the improvements they saw. "
